Craig P. Curcio started the firm in 1997, having spent the previous 12 years serving the defense bar primarily practicing in the defense of medical, dental, and chiropractic malpractice. His one goal in starting his own firm was to give his clients and principals the best service possible at the most reasonable cost. He prides himself on his responsiveness to his client’s needs and his ability to accurately evaluate cases and communicate with his clients truthfully and honestly. Over the years, he has become keenly aware of his principal’s need for timely and accurate reporting and updating evaluations as the case evolves with the receipt and evaluation of discovery.
Craig built the firm one associate at a time, developing trial talent and adding the same to the firm as it grew over the years while impressing upon his attorneys the mandate to place their clients and their principal’s needs above all others.
Having tried well over 100 cases to verdict, Craig P. Curcio has gained the trust of his clients to get the job done. He is not reticent in advising his clients and principals when to fight and when to settle. He has tried a full spectrum of cases, from medical, dental, and chiropractic malpractice to products liability, Labor Law, and toxic torts, to premises liability and motor vehicle accidents.
A proud member of Best’s and RIMS, he has served the insurance industry his entire professional career. Several self-insured entities have retained the firm and continued with it as a result of the meticulous handling of their claims. Making the job easier for adjusters and risk managers while providing peace of mind that their case is in the best legal hands available gives Craig the most personal satisfaction and sense of accomplishment in running his firm.
