Kirby Smith attended the University at Albany graduating cum laude. Following a brief adventure in Japan where Mr. Smith engaged in professional cultural exchanges with Japanese students, he attended the University of Kentucky College of Law where he was a member of the award-winning Thurgood Marshall Trial Team.
Mr. Smith practices in the areas of general liability, premises liability, and Labor Law litigation. Mr. Smith’s experience also includes conducting depositions, formulation of strategies, preparation of motions and memoranda of law, as well as settlement negotiations. In his spare time, Mr. Smith enjoys martial arts, reading, and eating exotic foods.
